A Game of Kick the Can May Lead to Cuts for Parks and Rec

Government leaders have once again kicked the proverbial can down the road, failing to find the middle ground needed to address tough fiscal issues plaguing our country. The stage is set for a turbulent legislative beginning to 2013 and there is potential to have federally funded park and recreation programs on the chopping block.
