Americans want their local government to dedicate funding for the revitalization of their parks and recreation facilities. Parents and millennials show the strongest support of their local government investing in park and recreation improvement projects. Preemptively planning for improvement projects throughout the community will help ensure those once new and shiny parks, playgrounds and rec centers remain favorite destinations throughout the years for families and individuals alike.

  • 85 percent of Americans support their local government setting aside money for revitalization projects in their community.
  • Parents are most likely (66 percent) to completely or strongly support this notion.
