Representatives from across the country, including this group from the Chicago Park District, were recognized for their hard work and dedication in Anaheim.Don’t miss out in recognizing the unsung heroes of our field and the exceptional programs you offer.

The National Recreation and Park Association recognizes that our members and supporters work hard to advance parks, recreation, and environmental conservation efforts that advance the quality of life for all people. Our awards programs highlight the efforts of those who go above and beyond to make a difference in the community. All NRPA members are encouraged to nominate a member or group who deserves recognition for their hard work and excellence in parks and recreation. The 2013 NRPA National Awards program has been restructured to simplify the application process and provide more relevant and prestigious recognition to winners. NRPA’s awards allow members the opportunity to nominate the most deserving group or individual for an award.
