NRPA is a Finalist in Association TRENDS 2018 All-Media Contest Awards

Ashburn, Va. (Feb. 4, 2019) — The National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA) is honored to be a finalist for three awards in Association TRENDS’ 2018 All-Media Contest. Finalists were selected from among nearly 300 entries in the association publications contest.

“NRPA is pleased to be in the finalists circle this year, as we have been for the past four years. We’re proud of the great work our staff has put into media and communicating with our members, and we look forward to building on our success in the coming year,” said Gina Mullin-Cohen, NRPA vice president of marketing, communications and publishing.

NRPA is a finalist for entries in the following categories:  

  • Convention Promotion Package - Celebrating America’s Backyard 
  • Monthly Trade Association Magazine - Parks & Recreation (October 2018)
  • Social Media - 2018 Dog Photo Magazine Cover Contest

Finalists will be selected by a panel of judges to receive a Gold, Silver or Bronze All Media Award. Winners will be notified of placement at the 40th Annual Salute to Association Excellence Luncheon on March 22 in Washington, D.C.

The TRENDS All Media Contest is an annual competition held exclusively for associations, recognizing the most creative and effective communication vehicles developed in the industry over the prior year. The 2018 competition included about 300 entries in 23 categories of association communications.
