NRPA is updating many of our systems, including a new association management system and learning management system, to provide an improved experience for our members.
What Will Be Temporarily Unavailable?
During this transition, many account and membership services will be temporarily unavailable from November 11 at 5 p.m. EDT through November 17, 2026. This includes:
- Joining NRPA or renewing your membership
- Updating your profile or account information
- Renewing certifications and reporting CEUs
- Accessing or purchasing online learning opportunities
- Submitting 2027 NRPA Annual Conference session proposals
- Accessing NRPA Connect, including viewing and commenting on posts
- Applying for CAPRA accreditation or re-accreditation
- Completing other membership-related actions
- Anything else that requires your nrpa.org login credentials
When Will Services Be Available Again?
These services will be available again once the new system launches on November 18.
When Can I Still Access?
Publicly available content and resources on NRPA.org will remain accessible during the transition. You can also continue to connect with NRPA on social media.
