At the 2019 NRPA Annual Conference, we had the opportunity to chat with Toro to learn how their brand new mower, the Groundsmaster 3300, was designed with the needs of customers in mind.

The inspiration behind the Groundsmaster 3300 came from using a voice-of-customer approach and listening to what customers needed to best do their jobs. These needs inspired a user-friendly mower that is not only comfortable to use for long periods of time, but easier and safer to maintain because of its innovative tilt-up deck. "We wanted it to be really user-friendly," says Boyd Montgomery, Regional Business Manager for Sports Fields & Grounds, North America at Toro. "We wanted to give operators ease of use if they’re working on the machine on the maintenance side — everything is very accessible."

Toro prides itself on the quality of cut that the Groundsmaster 3300 delivers, but this versatile machine can also be used year-round with various attachments for moving snow, clearing debris or spreading salt.
