2019 Event Management School
Festivals and events have become a valuable resource for communities. Over time, events that once were informal affairs have become spectacular productions that demand extensive event management skills and experience. As a parks and recreation professional, you’re always on the lookout for opportunities to grow your network and, let’s be honest, steal good ideas for your next event. So, the International Festivals & Events Association and NRPA have partnered to create this two-year professional development program geared toward event management staff.
