Improving Your Communication Skills

Want to be a more effective communicator? This course will help you identify the communication issues that are common in the current workplace and offer professional skills to help you sustain working relationships and further develop those already in place. By reviewing the different types of communication in the workplace and demonstrating skills for those different avenues, you will become a competent communicator. CEUs: 0.1
