Take the #ParkRecTwoStepChallenge!

This year’s theme for Park and Recreation Month is "Game On" and we want you to get in the game by participating in the #ParkRecTwoStepChallenge. Get involved by heading out to your nearest park or recreation center and showing us your best moves to SaulPaul's song, Park Rec Two Step!

You’ll be able to submit your video via this page, Facebook or by sharing it on Twitter and Instagram with #ParkRecTwoStepChallenge and #GameOnJuly.

Throughout July, we’ll be featuring our favorite videos and giving out a weekly prize on Mondays. We’ll be awarding Park and Recreation Month swag and a $100 Amazon gift card each Monday in July, starting on July 8. At the end of the month, our panel of esteemed judges will choose one winner for a grand prize of a $250 Amazon gift card and SaulPaul will come and film the official Park Rec Two Step music video with you!

How to Enter

1. Watch SaulPaul's official training video below to get familiar with the dance moves.

2. Take a video doing the Park Rec Two Step in your local or park or recreation area — this could be by yourself, with your friends or family, your summer campers, team, etc.

3. Submit it via this page through the form below, on Facebook, or by uploading to Twitter or Instagram with #ParkRecTwoStepChallenge and #GameOnJuly.

A panel of esteemed judges will choose the weekly winners and the grand prize winner. Keep in mind that this is not about dancing talent - have fun with it and get creative! NRPA will reach out to award the prizes. Weekly winners will be chosen and notified July 8, 15, 22 and 29. The grand prize winner will be chosen and notified August 1, 2019 (you’re still eligible to win the grand prize even if you don’t win one of the weekly prizes).

You can also download an mp3 of official song for free here.

Please note, Park and Recreation Month is a family-friendly activity. Please no distasteful or vulgar videos. Videos are subject to review before posting to the gallery. Users may enter more than one video per week into the contest, however, each entry submitted must be substantially different than all subsequent entries. Winners will be chosen by a panel of esteemed judges.  If a user is chosen as a winner, they are not eligible for future weekly prizes, but are still eligible for the grand prize. Please refer to Official Rules for details on the contest and claiming prizes. Winners will be contacted via email or a direct message from NRPA on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter and must accept the prize within 24 hours.
