This fall, we will host the first-ever hybrid experience of the NRPA Annual Conference in Nashville, Tennessee. The 2021 NRPA Annual Conference will give park and recreation professionals, champions and industry suppliers the opportunity to attend the conference in person or virtually.

Important Notice: The safety of our staff and attendees is of the utmost importance to NRPA. We will follow all federal, state and local guidelines set for in-person gatherings, as well as recommendations provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). In-person attendees can anticipate daily health and wellness check points, physical distancing and face covering requirements, as well as other health and safety protocols. If, at any time, NRPA feels we cannot create and maintain a safe in-person event or if any federal, state or local restrictions prevent us from hosting an in-person event, NRPA will cancel the in-person component while continuing to offer a quality virtual event. Events

Musical City Experiences (3)
NRPA has designed and planned three musical experiences. Each experience will follow federal, state and local health and safety guidelines while engaging attendees and providing fun, entertaining experiences. Both indoor and outdoor venues have been selected which will allow attendees the choice to select an option that fits their interests and comfort with social gatherings. One event will be held each evening, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Sponsorship includes:

  • Branding on event signs
  • Branding on event promotions
  • Acknowledgement of sponsor hosting event in dedicated email to each social group

Attendee Luncheon 2 opportunities or exclusive – NEW

All NRPA conference attendees will be enjoying a courtesy lunch. Box luncheon stations will be placed in the exhibit hall for distribution to all conference attendees. One lunch will be provided courtesy to all conference attendees on either day one or day two on their agenda. You can be a sponsor of the luncheon. You will be promoted as sponsor of lunch to attendees in communication where we mention the lunch and also will be featured on signage at entrance to lunch, around box stations and exhibit hall.
