The Supervisors' Management School (SMS) is a program designed to develop your management and supervisory skills. SMS will provide you with the necessary tools to improve your ability to impact the day-to-day activities of your organization. If you supervise employees, SMS will give you a strong understanding of the principles of managing people and influencing co-workers and supervisors.
