Supervisors Management School

The Supervisors' Management School is a program designed to develop your management & supervisory skills.

The Supervisors’ Management School will provide you with the necessary tools to improve your ability to impact the day-to-day activities of your organization. If you supervise any number of full or part-time employees, you will gain a strong understanding of the principles of managing people and influencing co-workers and supervisors.

The School format is interactive and you should be prepared to participate by bringing your work experience and issues to the classroom. The program is designed for staff working in organizations such as auditoriums, cemeteries, parks and recreation, public works, stadiums, zoos, libraries, etc.

  • Identify variables that shape and direct an organization.
