Upgrade NRPA Membership

In the case of a membership upgrade, please contact NRPA at customerservice@nrpa.org.

If a membership is active and the member would like to upgrade their membership status, credit may be received for the remaining membership time if the time left on the memberships exceeds 3 months.

Membership Dues Refund or Membership Cancellation

To cancel a membership, please contact NRPA at customerservice@nrpa.org

  • A full-membership dues refund is only available if we are contacted in writing (customerservice@nrpa.org) no more than 30 days after your membership activation. There will be NO REFUNDS after 30 days of membership have passed.

  • The remaining time on a membership may be transferred to another individual of the same membership category anytime during the active membership period. To make a transfer, we must be contacted (customerservice@nrpa.org) by either the primary name on the membership or in the case that an agency paid for the membership, they would need to provide proof of the original payment (ex. – credit card statement).
