NRPA and Sagamore Publishing Resolve Dispute

NRPA AND SAGAMORE PUBLISHING
RESOLVE DISPUTE

The National Recreation and Park Association and Sagamore Publishing, LLC, are pleased to announce that they have reached an agreement to settle their dispute regarding the publication of the Journal for Leisure Research, Schole, and the Therapeutic Recreation Journal. The settlement, which resolves all contractual issues, serves the goal of continuing the scholarly publications.

The goal of all parties has always been to ensure the integrity and academic independence that the journals were founded on continues. We are very happy we are able to come together to find a solution that addresses the concerns of all. Under the settlement NRPA will publish the JLR and Schole, but the TRJ will be published by Sagamore.
