Volunteer Opportunities at the Annual Conference

NRPA and the Local Host Committee (LHC) will be utilizing volunteers in Las Vegas to help the Conference and related events run smoothly. There are a number of different opportunities and several hundred volunteers are needed to achieve a successful conference.

    Volunteering through NRPA Registration:

    NRPA Volunteer Opportunities Include:

Bag Stuffing, Floor Captains, Volunteer Room, Conference Material Distribution, Flying Squad runners, Room Hosting for Education Sessions (NOTE: Individuals can receive CEUs credits as a Room Host), Evening Event/Party volunteers, and more.

    • NPRA Volunteers must be Members of NRPA - Learn more about becoming an NRPA member
    • Please be sure to verify your travel plans early!  There is a $100 cancellation fee for anyone who registers to volunteer for NRPA's Conference and cancels less than 30 days before the event.

    NRPA Volunteer Hours and Benefits:

Those who volunteer through NRPA must be current members in good standing. Volunteer hours will count toward a percentage of credit for Conference registration.

We know you are anxious to start planning for this year's Annual Conference in Las Vegas. Volunteer Registration will open Spring 2015.

    Volunteering with the Local Host:

For those who would like to volunteer with the Local Host Committee (LHC), examples of eligible activities might include:
