- Handle all of the course participant registration details, and provide an up to date roster of registered participants in advance of the workshop.
- Provide you with the course materials to be passed out upon participant arrival to the course.
- Provide you with a comprehensive host handbook for use in planning your course. It will include logos for use on promotional materials, course site requirement information, suggested location layout, and more.
- Provide course participants with Continuing Education Units following workshop completion.
The Host will:
- Identify the local market potential for workshop participation, provide the workshop to all interested persons, provide reasonable accommodations to all such persons requesting them, and publicize the workshop through all available venues.
- Designate a contact person to assist in planning and administration of the course, and to be present onsite during the workshop.
