• Profile Management

Outlined below are descriptions of the three types of PRORAGIS profiles and the GIS portion of PRORAGIS. Departments are encouraged to participate in the version that they determine most valuable to their needs. Therefore, it is critical to learn about each type, its requirements, and its available reporting features. Many departments may opt to progress from QuickStart, to Lite, and, finally, to Full.

Which PRORAGIS profile type is right for me?

    Full Profile

The Full profile is the ultimate investment for park and recreation departments. It requires the greatest amount of time and often requires collaboration across staff members. The level of detail requested from a Full PRORAGIS profile results in a robust report upon completion. The reporting data made available to users of the Full profile will offer a department the ability to: benchmark your department against others; determine best practices; justify additional funding; and streamline operations. Lite Profile

The PRORAGIS Lite profile is offered as a slimmed down version of the Full PRORAGIS profile. PRORAGIS Lite asks for answers to the important questions that are most common to all. Submitting a Lite profile will allow your department to participate in almost all of the reporting features. Completing the PRORAGIS Lite form may not provide you with the detailed data you need to select benchmarking peers. To obtain full benefit from the PRORAGIS database you will need to complete a Full profile. Learn more about the Lite PRORAGIS profile...

    QuickStart

PRORAGIS QuickStart is the quickest way for a department to contribute to and benefit from the PRORAGIS database. Though much more brief, QuickStart participants will receive a report based on topline data submitted to the profile. With only 20 questions to answer, QuickStart is a good option for departments looking to get their feet wet. Learn more about the QuickStart PRORAGIS profile...
