Move In/Out and Exhibit Hall Dates:
Exhibit Hall Move In Schedule:
- October 6th – 8 am to 4:30 pm
- October 7th – 8 am to 4:30 pm
Exhibit Hall Hours:
- October 8th – 10:30 am to 5 pm (Exclusive hours: 10:30 am to 1pm)
- October 9th – 10:30 am to 5 pm (Exclusive hours: 12 pm to 3 pm)
Exhibit Hall Move Out Schedule:
- October 9th – 5 pm to 9 pm
- October 10th – 8 am to 4:30 pm
Important Deadlines:
- Full payment for your booth was due April 5th
- All exhibitors with a 20'x20' or larger must submit a Booth Approval Form for covered booths or where overhead rigging is required by August 2nd
- Exhibitor Listing Submission for Onsite Program Guide: August 2nd
- Exhibitors MUST submit proof of insurance to the NRPA no later than September 6th
- Prize Drawings & Activities Submissions: September 6th
- Early Bird Deadline for Hargrove orders: September 13th
- Free Guest Pass Registration: September 24th
- Shipping Due Dates:
- Advanced Shipping - September 3rd through October 1st
- Direct Shipping - Begins October 6th at 8 am
