    Review the manual carefully to ensure you have met all deadlines and have submitted all necessary forms. The following information is included in the Exhibitor Service Kit:

    Please Note:

    • Full payment for your booth is due April 5, 2013.
    • All exhibitors with a 20'x20' or larger must submit a Booth Approval Form for covered booths or where overhead rigging required by August 2, 2013  
    • Exhibitors MUST submit proof of insurance to the NRPA no later than September 6, 2013.
